Where we tested it first
Alpha Rock's first acquisition was an aviation consulting firm with decades of client history and institutional knowledge spanning FBOs, charter operators, and airport management. It became our proving ground. We watched where BD relationships were going cold, where documents were being created manually that didn't need to be, and where critical knowledge was locked in filing cabinets and inboxes. Those are the same problems every independent aviation operator runs into. The agents we build for clients, we built for ourselves first.
